55010029 Food microwave can be affect to health, or not?

1.    What is your question?

In the past, life of people was simple and easy for everything such as cooking without time limit.Currently, new technology is gradually developed and causes changes daily life of people in society. Therefore, people must be enthusiastic to do their activities including eating. Microwave food is one of good choices for appetite because it is quick and convenient.People can easily buy microwave food in super market and 7-eleven. But do they thing about danger of food microwave on their health? Because food microwave received wave radiation from the microwave ovens. In addition, most people usually ignore and neglect about health effect of microwave food. For those reasons, leading to prove and find the truth that there are negative effects in food microwave, or not?



2.    Any hypothesis? If yes, what is it?

The assumption of this experiment is the microwave food can  have bad effects to health of people due to emitting wave by microwave ovens. From my knowledge, when food is brought into microwave, microwave ovens will release energy in wave form. Then, wave will stimulate molecules of food to move and vibrate which will lead to heat with food. Therefore, getting wave radiation from microwave ovens may be harmful and dangerous to health.




3. How do/did you conduct the experiment and collect the data?

            First of all, its perfect that I can trial the experiment with people including me by eating the microwave food for long time and following the results, but we will take a long time to wait the result that may be everyone is too old.Furthermore, people who are the volunteers risk to gain the poor effects to their health from this test. Therefore, verifying the hypothesis by reliable information is one of great solutions, although this solution cannot certainly clarify about direct effects of food microwave due to no real situations. Now, I will show you the abundant researches and some thesis to verify about food microwave hypothesis
-       1976, Soviet which was developer about microwave ovens after Germany banned the production of microwave ovens  to protecting health of people from food microwave.
-       1991, there was lawsuit between Mrs. Norma Levitt and the hospital in America that a woman who was a patient got blood by microwave ovens. Then, she died.
-       Dr. HAN Ulrich Hertel and his colleague, Dr. Bernard H. Blanc from Technology federal state Swiss and Biochemistry University, brought volunteers to trial by eating milk from microwave ovens. After examining blood of people, a result shows that Hemoglobin level of people who ate milk by microwave significantly decreased and white blood cell also descended.
-       Dr. Lita lee did research about receiving cancer from food microwave and found that meat from microwave ovens  risk to cancer  including  decreasing nutrient in meat especially protein.




4. What is your conclusion?
           
            As a result, getting the primary evidence leads to comprehension and clarification about health effects of food microwave. Moreover, bringing the knowledge which acquired from researching and discovering applied with eating behavior. However, information of microwave ovens has advantages and disadvantages that are discussing at present. Therefore,  people who usually eat food microwave should learn and try to understand more about using microwave ovens and eating food microwave
