21 days to new habit


Research shows that it takes 21 days to develop or change a habit. If you want to start a new habit, you have to do it for 21 days such as 21 days to exercise, 21 days to read the books and 21 days to go to bed early. That's 21 days to a new habit and be a part of our daily life.

Thus, I am interested in the research and want to try that it is real. Then, I will prove it by chatting with someone secret with the word "hello" on messenger application for 21 days. After that, I will stop sending the message to him. If he or I start to chat the conversation in the next day, that research is real but he doesn't, it means that research is not real.
Method

-1.Choose someone who always has status online on Facebook.



2.Say "hello" to someone on Facebook messenger (mobile phone or laptop)


3.Have the conversation for 21 days








Result
In 22nd, he doesn't start the conversation.
In 23th, he doesnt start the conversation too but I still want to start the conversation in 22nd and 23th day.

Conclusion

The research is real even though the research does not happen to him but it happened to me.
