 Why can we eating raw meat?
Introduction
I wonder what would happen if we ate raw meat like a caveman. After I have searched, there are many raw meat dishes around the world, for example, Steak tar tare, Carpaccio, etc. Thailand also has Esan raw meat dish, "Koi". Although there have some cultures that eating raw meat, it doesn't mean that eating raw meat is safe. So, let's find out what happens after the meat is cooked.
Method
1.     Bringing the raw meat (beef), then divided to three.
2.     Taking photos (Before cooked)  
3.     Cooking the meat into 3 levels including rare, medium and well-done.
4.     Recording like number 2. (After cooked)
5.     Discussing and Concluding         



Discussion
The reasons why beef steak has rare cooked are about parasites and bacteria. First, beef doesn’t carry many parasites which can infect us, so beef is safer to eat than other meats. Second, beef is extremely dense, and bacteria can’t penetrate and infect the meat. Bacteria can still be on the surface. So, if the surface of the meat is cooked, then the beef is safe to eat.  
There is only beef steaks that has cooking levels. Chicken and pork aren’t extremely dense like beef. So, bacteria and parasites can infect them. The cooking levels of chicken and pork steak should be well-done level so they are safe to eat.
            Bacteria that are associated with beef are Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus and Listeria monocytogenes. All these bacteria are the cause of diarrhea. They can be destroyed through cooking. Safe cooking of beef steak has to use minimum temperature as 145 °F (62.8 °C) with at least 3 minutes cooked per side in 2cm of beef’s thickness.
            I cooked the rare steak for 2 minutes per side but I use 120 °C temperature. The temperature is about doubled of the safe cooking, the bacteria would be destroyed.
           
Conclude
            We can’t eat raw meat because the parasites and bacteria won’t be destroyed. However, we can eat rare beef steaks and well-done chicken and pork steaks.
