Nowadays, many people go to sleep late because of their work or their activities, so most of them drink coffee to boost themselves overnight. Eating coffee can boost yourself, but it destroy you too. It has some better ways to boost yourself and it doesn’t destroy you. One of them is eating chocolate. Chocolate has caffeine like coffee but has less than coffee. And I will show you that chocolate can boost you overnight like a coffee.

1. Experiment for two days, on the first day, eating Kitkat and count the time that you feel fresh.
2. In the second day, drinking coffee and count the time that you feel fresh.
3. Do it once a week for a month.
4. Compare the result.
