Drinking water 2l per day 

can lose your weight

Introduction
Water is the main component of body. It is about 70 percent of body mass. It is very important because cell needs water to generate energy and functional properties. Thus people should drink six to eight cups of water or 33x your weight is ml. of water per day. If you drink enough water, you will get healthy. Water helps your digestive system, excretory system, regulate body temperature, and promote healthy skin including aid weight loss. When your drink water, it will fill your stomach and reduce your appetite. Thus I want to know if I lose weight by drink 2l of water.


Experiment
 
1. I calculate among of water that I need to drink per day by this equation.
ml of water = kg of weight x 33 = 41x33 = 1353 ml
I need to drink 1386 ml of water per day but I think more is better than less. Thus I decide to drink 2l of water every.
2. I drink 2l of water every day for two weeks and weigh myself every morning before eating breakfast.

Result
 
           
               From the result, my weight is little increase so drinking water is not effect on my weight. 
 For me, I will drink water when I hungry during the day, I think it and make me fill for a while 
but finally I need to eat some snack or food to make me really fill. Drinking water before 
the meal make me eat less food. I will fell hungry faster than do not drink water before meal 
because I eat less food and finally I need to eat some snack again. Drinking a lot of water 
make me be impelled to urinate and I go to toilet 8 times during 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. 
               I think drinking water have other benefit that no one thinking about it. It make me 
awake when I fell sleepy. Drinking water is make me fell fresh in direct and indirect ways. 
In indirect ways, when I walk to toilet, it like change manner and little exercise. I going toilet 
more often, I will wash my face more often too and it make me fell fresh.


Conclusion
 From the experiment, weigh is depend on many factor such as exercise, food and drinks. Water is just one thing that can help your weight loss. If you drink enough water but you eat junk food, snack and don’t exercise, you can’t lost your weight or sometimes it’s will increase.

            However, drinking water is healthy. It make you fell fresh during the day but you should drink it in proper amount.
