Hypothesis
Somebody say
when we drink coffee on an empty stomach in the morning after we drink coffee
30 minutes our body will absorb caffeine to blood vessel and send caffeine to
brain resulting sends oxygen to the brain is reduced. But I think something
make me sleepy is not caffeine in the cup of coffee maybe it is a sugar because
many doctors have to say about the negative effect of sugar. And one of them is
the brain inactive down. Because sugar make an amino acid called Tryptophan
being accelerated into the brain, too. Upset the delicate balance of hormones
in the brain. As a result is that the cause drowsiness, fatigue, unbisinesslike
and feel sleepy.
Experiment
I do the experiment by 4 condition
1. Drink a cup of pure coffee
on an empty stomach 3 times
2. Drink a cup of pure coffee
after meals 3 times
3. Drink a cup of coffee with
sugar on an empty stomach 3 times
4. Drink a cup of coffee with
sugar after meals 3 times
Collet
Data
Collect data by count time after drink to time feel
sleepy in two hours if more than two hours record that do not cause of your
sleepy
1st Condition Not
cause of your sleepy 2 times and feel sleepy after drink 1.58 hrs.
2nd Condition Not
cause of your sleepy 3 times
3rd Condition Feel sleepy
after drink 1.43, 1.36 and 1.53 hrs.
4th Condition Feel
sleepy after drink 0.56, 1.24 and 1.13 hrs.
Conclusion
From the experimental result, perhaps what makes us
feel sleepy. May not be the caffeine in coffee. It may be the sugar in the
coffee.
Sugar can make me feel sleepy
because when we drink coffee or drink with amounts of sugar our brain
willinactive down because when our body have many sugar our body will make
an a lot of amino acid called Tryptophan and send it into our brain when a lot of these amino acid
into the brain it make the brain frosty after that we will feel sleepy
But this experiment was
conducted with only me. If we have many people in this experiment I think the
result of this experiment maybe change. Because each person is different I
believe if others do this experiment by use the condition like me the
conclusion may change and the meals I eat before drink the coffee may impact
with the coffee I drink after meals
So this experiment may not be
reliable because it was conducted with only me and not control the meals before
drink the coffee
Conclusion coffee can’t make me
feel sleepy things that make us feel really sleepy is sugar in the cup of
coffee not caffeine in the coffee but if others make this experiment like me do
and control other factors that may have an impact with the experiment the
result may change
