From survey tell that are in short people have a less of sleeping time than normal. .It make many faith about health care. One of many faiths of people is if we have enough sleeping time and do some activity that in horizontal such as swimming or sleeping. It will make us taller.
In fact. If we want to have tall, we have no need to sleeping for a long time. Because factor that make we tall not base on sleeping time only. But it base on many factor with is sleep duration, food intake, exercise and take care yourself. We must control every factor in balance. Example, swimmer no need to tall if they haven't control their health quality.
There are many research or experiment explain about tall factor.
NASA was do some experiment with name is Countermeasure and Functional Testing (CFT - 70) for study effectiveness of bed rest. By giving a participant rest on bed for 70 days without standing up.
In the result show that body need to hove rest between 11.00 P.M. to 05.00 A.M. for body reparation and hormone secretion for growth and tall will operate between 10.00 P.M. to 2.00 A.M. and in this duration not suitable for having exercise. In conclusion we have no need to sleeping too much but sleep in a right or good duration such as 10.00 P.M. to 4.00 A.M. and also we must to have and exercise in a good duration too, such as 5.00 A.M. to 7.00 A.M. or 2.00 P.M. to 4.00 P.M.
The exercise that make people tall are the exercise which use the body elastic. That why swimmers or basketball players are taller than usual people.
Last, if you want to tall you must take care yourself in every-way and don't trust in anything if it haven't reasonable enough.
