If
you eat banana at night, you will stomachache. True or False
The parents tell children if you
eat banana at night, you will have stomachache so children don’t eat banana. This
myth has been told until that child grown up to become adult and tell another
children in the next generation. Is it real? This myth is very nonsense because
“You have stomachache because you eat banana?” So this faith must prove for
someone eat banana at night but fear to eat banana and have stomachache.
Banana
is good or bad?
Benefit of banana:
1.
Blood pressure: Maintaining a low sodium intake is essential to lowering blood
pressure, however increasing potassium intake may be just as important because
of its vasodilatation effects.

Cancer: As a good source of vitamin C,
bananas can help combat the formation of free radicals known to cause cancer.
High fiber intakes from fruits and vegetables like bananas are associated with
a lowered risk of colorectal cancer.

Heart health: The fiber, potassium, vitamin C and B6 content in bananas all
support heart health. An increase in potassium intake along with a decrease in
sodium intake is the most important dietary change that a person can make to

Disadvantage of banana:
Banana
is sweet and aromatic. The sweet fruit can you become hungry. It will create
gas in the stomach quickly, then this gas would run at various points of the
body, blood vessels, nerves which were gas are pressed constricted work. Inconvenience
and cause pain and disease. (2)
Experimentation
for prove
We prove by eat banana at 22.00 o’clock every
day for 1 month and record. And this is result.

This result tell you. If you eat banana at
night in during the first week, you will have stomachache but in the second and
the third week you won’t have stomachache. So I think that you might familiar
with banana. In fact, if you eat banana when you hungry, you will have
stomachache so this experiment has failed because I don’t think that I eat
banana when we don’t hungry so it has a result same the table. I think this
experiment isn’t valid because there is a mistake.
