Is it better when you are drinking more water, Isn’t it?







Many people may hear about drinking more water is better.
And Is that true? LET'S SEE.



Volume of drinking water is depending on your weight. I have an easy way to calculate that.

Formula : Volume of water (ml per day) = Your weight (kg) x 33

Such as your weight is 60 kg. You should to drink water about 60x33ml or 1,980 ml per day.
   



        

Advantages for drinking water attending you weight.

1.      Help your evacuation; every people don’t want that we have waste in your intestine. Water is a way to help your excretory system.
2.      Better circulatory system; It helps blood has low intensity and can easily flow.
3.      Healthy skin; If water is filled to your body is instantly, you say good bye to your dry skin.

4.      Kissy lip; Many people may not want to kiss dry lips. Girls, are you want the kissy lip?
            


Does that cheer you up? Drinking water can attends you weight. But time is very important. If you drink in wrong time, there may be contrast result for example you shouldn’t drink after meal too much because water will attenuate gastric juice in your stomach. 

            

Result that you don’t drink water too much or too least

Too much     ; Renal failure because kidneys work hard to relate urine.
                     ; Water intoxication cause of Hyponatremia that make water flood in your brain and die in finally.      
Too least      ; Dry skin and dry lip because they aren’t enough for fill to body.
                     ; Evacuation isn’t clear in your body

It’s so hard to drink water as you attended. And it’s too hard when you should sip little water along the day and not pour all at same time for example when  too much water come in body, it can cause ‘water intoxication’. I will tell my secret in next time.



* Strange but True: Drinking Too Much Water Can Kill

In 2007, a 28-year-old California woman died after competing in a radio station's on-air water-drinking contest. After downing some six liters of water in three hours in the "Hold Your Wee for a Wii" (Nintendo game console) contest, Jennifer Strange vomited, went home with a splitting headache, and died from so-called water intoxication. In the past, you may not believe that water can kill you so this bad news is good case for living in everyday life. Because everything has advantage and disadvantage (water too), nothing is PERFECTION!
